This can’t be the first time I have ever sat with this. But in a way it is. Got Jack’s new book yesterday. Peeling layers as I prepare for 2nd Mendocino retreat. Yesterday Mary questioned me about Annick. Is she making a play for me? That tore away a veil of subtle plane unconsciousness which dropped me into real energetic unfolding. Yesterday read Almaas on the essence of spiritual practice as contacting being and allowing it to unfold. Anyway, the real work continued today as “Who Am I?”.

Watching Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche’s video of Dzogchen pith instructions yesterday, he started by emphasizing “I am nobody. I am Infinite possibility. I am boundless sacred space.” As he went through the other two elements of the Dzogchen triad, Awareness and Action, I experienced vividly that the structure is an exact parallel to Bernie’s Three Tenets of the Zen Peacemakers.
