From Livelihood, After Avnet Until Roshi’s Death, and Landmark Education

In about 1993 I became fascinated with the business and social possibilities for collaborative work via computer networks, using a program called Lotus Notes. I started a consulting company called Essential Systems Group, which specialized in designing Lotus Notes solutions. Based on my ongoing desire to be an organizational change agent, I emphasized managing the behavioral shifts that this collaborative software brings.

 I was also the founder of the Los Angeles chapter of the Lotus Notes User Group.
